Dropped car of at 7:00 am without appointment for oil, lube and filter and to check for coolant leak. Advised of a few maintainence issues and had brakes checked and adjusted. As the owner of a 2007 Jeep Liberty, I have to deal with faulty window regulators. The DAY before I was to leave for travel for work, my left rear window fell into the door (typical of faulty regulator). faulty window regulators. Jimmy Nadeau, Service Manager on the Jeep side, was very helpful in getting me into and out of service at the last minute. He and Paul Clason should be commended on their customer service. Thanks to their assistance and helpful attitudes, I was able to get the window fixed and not have to worry about "taping" it up while on travel. What a huge relief. Thanks guys! Now, if Chrysler Jeep would only come up with a permanent fix to this annoying issue....... More

I want to take a moment and express my satisfaction of the continued top quality service I have received from the Greenway Chrysler service center. At this point I have owned a 2004 Sebring and then a 20 the continued top quality service I have received from the Greenway Chrysler service center. At this point I have owned a 2004 Sebring and then a 2007 Sebring. As a result I have relied on the Greenway crew for over 6 years to keep both my vehicles in top running order. A couple weeks ago I needed help with a warranty issue on my 2007 Sebring. Service manager James Nadeau jumped in and took control in getting the right people together to work on the vehicle. Throughout the whole process Mr. Nadeau maintained personal contact with me keeping me in the loop as my vehicle went through several stages of repair. Penni is the BEST!!! She has been the only person I have worked with when I brought my 2008 Jeep Patriot in for service. She always has a smile when she greets you. I just got back from doing an oil change and tire alignment and had such a great experience. Dave Cogle was the one who took care of me and went above and beyond to make my experience go as smooth an alignment and had such a great experience. I waited for about an hour, which before I came to Greenway I would wait for over an hour for something small. I personally think they have great prices and am surprised at the total because I expect it to always be higher than it really is. Highly recommend going here, you'll be less stressed than going anywhere else. More
My name is Carlos Orlando Marin who lives about 5 miles away from this Dealership. I bought a 2008 Dodge Avenger "SE" (Baby Charger in some circles) with the 2.4 Liter four cyclinder Engine. I bought it away from this Dealership. I bought a 2008 Dodge Avenger "SE" (Baby Charger in some circles) with the 2.4 Liter four cyclinder Engine. I bought it used from Enterprise Renta-Car Sales with 21,800 miles and still with factory warranty. I took my Dodge Avenger SE to this Greenway Ford (Dodge Service section) and I was totally impressed with the excellent customer service personnel and mechanics that they have working there. I came with an On-Line Coupon for an Oil Change back in November 25th, 2009 and not only did they changed the Oil and Oil filter in the most speedy manner but, they also found a service bulletin (19-001-09) having to do about a superseeded part for the Power Steering system (Change out Power Steering Reservior). I have owned many Toyota brand automobiles and I must declare that this dealership surpasses anything that I have experienced in any Toyota Dealership in as far as customer service because those who work there actually work hard at Customer Service to gain your trust and future business. I have been coming back ever since for all my Oil and Oil filter changes with great satisfaction. The body shop is top notch as well and due to one little mishap with the garage door, they returned my Avenger like new and they work with the same principals as the Service department, they work hard at satisfying the customer.
