I have been going to Andy Taylor now for a few months exclusively and BOY did I pick the right guy!!! You get tired of going to dealer after dealer and running into a bunch of crooks with nice pens. A March 13 2010 appointment for service on wheels turned sour after wheel cover went missing on my Dodge Sprinter chassis RV. Initial response by dealership staff was downright disappointing.
