3 months for repairs We dropped my sons car off in October for for some collision repairs. He was attending college in Florida and this was the first time I had to deal with a car repair in a different state. First, they insisted we sign a legal waiver (I never had to do this for any car repair in my lifetime) but apparently Florida is different. The repair was covered by insurance but I told the guy to order whatever he needed and that I would cover anything that insurance wouldn’t. Apparently they couldn’t do that either. I gave up arguing with service rep and called the general manager after 2 months of excuses. He had one of his managers call me back to tell me that other customers are in the queue and that they wouldn’t have my sons call done so that he could drive home to Maryland for Christmas. I had to buy a $700 plane ticket. It still took them another month to finish. I have never seen such an incompetent operation. Do not expect any level of customer service from this organization. More
new oil leak after servive I took my 2013 Chrysler T & C in for an oil change. When I left, I had an oil leak. I took it back to the service department. The said there was an oil leak around the oil filter. They said that there were three O-rings around the bottom of the filter housing that go bad. When I took my car in there was not leak, now I have oil leaking on the ground under my car. They could fix it but there would be a cost. I do not believe in coincidences. The leak start immediately after service and I received no help with a problem the service department created. C16572 After I submitted my concerns, the Service Manage, George, wrote that I should call him. So I tried to call him to discuss the instant leak. Over a seven business-day period, I left a message five times. Two were voice mails, and three were contacts with someone from the service department. They promised he would call me back. He didn't! I now have a car with a very heavy leak and no one to turn to. (updated 1/20/20) More

Henry, the service representative I dealt with went above and beyond to answer my questions and ensure my Jeep is in perfect working order. Henry went so far as to ensure that I receive the free oil changes my vehicle is entitled to. After my terrible experience at the dealer where I purchase my car, Greenway restored my faith in car dealers. More
Typical Service Department Hustle Along with Long Waits I waited at the dealership for over 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, after being told it would take 90 minutes. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and if I would have agreed to everything the rep said my truck needed, I would have ended up paying over $600. This is for a truck that is less than a year old with drastically lower mileage than average. No thanks, I'll take my vehicle(s) elsewhere. More
