This dealership is terrible. They can’t do the bare minimum. Went in for an oil change, got my brakes and cooling system changes as well. They broke the brake caliper, didn’t reset my cars oil life percentage and didn’t replace the oil change sticker for the next service. I also usually pay with sunbit over the phone, multiple times with this dealership. But now for some reason I have to do it in person? So since I couldn’t even set up sunbit I had to pay half the price of the service(over $600) just so I can have my car for work. Honestly just a frustrating experience More
One of the worst car buying experience of my life. They have no clue what they are doing here. I arrive and waited two hours before seeing finance, get into finance and acted like this was the first time they heard of this deal and had to go get info and create it with me in the office, 45 minutes of the back and forth before I was finally able to leave. Even after all that, still didn't have the contract and was told it would be sent via docusign. Next day I get the docusign, then a week later more docusign, then a day later another.. then come the texts about my A plan providing info I already provided, wanting my sponsor's life history and I'm still waiting for the money from my trade over a week later. I buy ALOT of cars. 2-3 a year, worst one for me ever. Hire organized people, customer experience matters More
