I took my truck into Greenway Ford for the recall on the transmission. They told me I needed to do the re-scan for the recall and that would finish everything that the recall involved. But unfortunately, th transmission. They told me I needed to do the re-scan for the recall and that would finish everything that the recall involved. But unfortunately, that wasn’t true. My cousin works at Ford and has clearly stated that there’s a rescan a new valve that’s supposed to go in and a new wiring harness that’s supposed to go in and if that still hasn’t fixed the ongoing problem Ford was supposed to replace the transmission free of charge. They did not do the valve or wiring harness and had me do a diagnostic that cost me 80 bucks just for them to tell me that I need to pay them to replace the transmission. I will never take any of my vehicles to Greenway again or make any future purchases. They also have horrible customer service. I sat there waiting 25 minutes for them to bring my truck around when there was five employees sitting there waiting to bring vehicles around just to see them finally bring my truck around, stomping on the gas and pulling in. More

Backup camera goes black. Car under warranty. Left it there to fix 6 days later they finally working on it. I could've drove my car til the part came in. Others say the part m Car under warranty. They make you wait for the warranty to cover it. If I paid out of my pocket my car would be ready. I like fords but my next car will not be a Ford. 50,000 for a car that fords warranty is making me wait. More

Horrible customer service. Dealers act as if they are doing you a favor. Treats customers who are buying the more expensive purchase better and give more priority. To complete the sales on that day, the sales man (Tito) sold me a car and indicated if I paid the entire financed amount before 45 days then the amount to pay would be the same amount as the price agreed d sold me a car and indicated if I paid the entire financed amount before 45 days then the amount to pay would be the same amount as the price agreed during the sale. That was not true. When I went to pay the bill with 20 days getting the day, the pay off amount grew by $$$ because there was interest built in on every day since the day the sale was completed. And I asked this very specific question before closing the deal and the answer was no interest. So they will do/say anything to push the car. Be aware of their bad sales tactics. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM GREENWAY FORD AGAIN! More
