Mr. Terrill, we understand your frustration and appreciate the opportunity to clarify. Ford has a program that covers certain transmission concerns up to 150,000 miles. Unfortunately, your vehicle currently has 179,000 miles, placing it outside of Ford’s coverage. When we called you, we explained this and offered you Ford Customer Service’s direct contact information. We regret if this was not the resolution you were hoping for, and we will share your concerns about the vehicle handling and wait time with our management team to address internally.
