August 23, 2023 I have a problem with Greenway Ford. Formally known as Dick Smith Ford. I had an oil change and tire rotation, maybe a month ago. But on the 18th of this month, I decided to wash my ve Formally known as Dick Smith Ford. I had an oil change and tire rotation, maybe a month ago. But on the 18th of this month, I decided to wash my vehicle at home. While I was washing my vehicle, I noticed that my lugnuts were stripped again, and Greenway Ford is the only auto repair establishment that has repeatedly serviced my vehicle. I had this problem before and it was solved, but this time, no such luck. The morning of the 19th of August, I went to Greenway Ford to discuss this mater with anyone that would listen. The service attendant listened to my story, and I also had the service attendant to come outside so I could point out exactly what I was talking about. After our discussion, the service attendant alerts a guy in service about my problem. He comes out and I explain to him that my lugnuts have been stripped out again. He looks at them, and his assessment is, that they are swollen. I reply, NO THEY ARE NOT SWOLLEN, THEY ARE STRIPPED!!!! So, I hand him my keys and he took the car back to the service bay. Comes back 15-20 minutes later, and says, everything is good sir. Here you go. I said OKAY, thank you very much. I get in my car and drive off. But on my way home, I start to think, I wonder if my 4-way lug wrench will take these off. So, I get home and into my truck to find my 4-way lug wrench. I get it and place it on the wheels of my car, and these lugnuts are still twisted. The lug wrench is not fittng anything. So, I get back into my car and drive back to Greenway Ford. I go back to the service attendant and tell the service attendant that my lugnuts are still twisted and stripped. I brought the lug wrench as a visual to let them know that the lugnuts are destroyed. The service attendant attempted to tell me that I’m using the incorrect lug wrench. I replied that I do know what I am doing, I have changed a tire on my car before using this very lug wrench. So now, all I want is the guy to just come and pop the lugnuts loose so I could drive up the street to the local Advanced Auto to purchase a set of lugnuts myself. So, the service attendant goes back the service area to assist me again. He comes out with a socket and a breaker bar. I ask him to just pop the lugs loose so I can drive up the street to get some lugnuts. He says no problem. He reaches down to the tire and says, ummmm? Let me go and get another socket. He goes and comes back with another socket and a hammer. Now he’s pounding on these sockets that are stripped to make the socket fit, in order to take off my tires. I’m just shaking my head. I should’ve taken a video, but I was pissed, and it was blazing hot. He finally popped them all loose so I could drive up the street to purchase my own. This is the second time this has happened to me, and I don’t know why. I got on the Greenway Ford Chat, attempting to contact a service manager, but I have not heard anything from that person, or anyone else that could be the manager or in a managerial position. So in closing, if you have your tires rotated, make sure you check your lugnuts on your car, you may not be able to remove them if you have a flat tire because they may be stripped. More

My coolant was missing and the hose coming from my coolant was broken. My coolant and hose were just fine when I brought the car in with no issues. Upon pick up My interior completely disgusting and ruined, matts, everything. Do not take your car here. Service was horrible. I had to call about a status every day and when I finally get the call that my car is ready the interior was ruined with maggots, hose broken and no coolant in my car. There is no way any one test drove my car after the repair considering the maggots and missing coolant. No one even noticed this but supposedly they were working on my car and determined it was ready for pick up. STAY AWAY FROM HERE! PLEASE! More
This dealer is shady and unprofessional. I ordered a 2023 Ford Bronco with Greenway Ford November 2022 because they said no dealer markup. The Bronco arrived July 2023 and $30k dealer mark up was added. Greenway Ford refused to honor our deal but was given a "no hard feelings". Stay away!! More
This dealership has VERY misleading advertising and its a shame dealership as a whole use misleading information to lure people in THEN!! If it sounds too good to be true believe it, I talked to someone about the ad etc on the phone then I was given the facts and I don't remember his name but you need to be making $3,000 or more to get a vehicle More
SSave yourself a headache by not dealing with this dealership. Their finance department is either the biggest bunch of swindlers imaginable, or the most incompetent bunch of idiots on earth. I was due a refund of my extended warranty after an auto accident that totaled my car. Unfortunately, the warranty company sent the refund to the dealership who was supposed to give me the funds, because my car had been paid off in full. For more than a month-and-a-half the idiot, swindler finance department at Greenway Ford claimed the dealership hadn't gotten the check. The rude, so-called finance manager, who apparently knows nothing about the processing of refunds, was ugly and condescending in incorrectly stating I wasn’t due a refund. Then things changed drastically when I got a Ford Motor Credit representative on the phone with him. The reimbursement check had been issued to Greenway Ford in mid-April and the finance manager’s lie then became they couldn't verify my car had been paid off so they didn’t issue the check. That’s absurd because the car was financed through Ford Motor Credit. I could have gotten them on the phone with Ford Motor Credit to verify the payoff had they not ignored my calls. The Ford Motor Credit representative is now processing my reimbursement. Thank goodness I’ll no longer have to deal with the idiots at Greenway Ford. If you need a new car do what I did, go to Cable Dahmer. Don't buy from Greenway Ford, unless you enjoy dealing with rude, dishonest and inept people. The only reason they got a one-star rating is becasue I could leave that information blank. More
When I was heading to the dealership to have a front license plate bracket on that never got installed the engine light came on and I mentioned it to the salesman (Jim Leathers) he had me pull it into t license plate bracket on that never got installed the engine light came on and I mentioned it to the salesman (Jim Leathers) he had me pull it into the service department and sometime later I was told several codes popped up and never clarified what the codes were but was informed that the light was off. Plate bracket wasn’t installed. Last night on the way home from work the engine light came on again. I haven’t had possession of the vehicle a month and already having issues. I haven’t yet received the packet to title it yet. At this point I will not be referring anyone nor will I do business with this dealership again. More

Wayne was so helpful from the very beginning. I called him wanting a Ford Bronco which are very hard to find. I had many phone calls with Wayne and many of the others at greenway and they were all so willing to help and work around my odd schedule for work. I was able to lock down a price and rate over the phone and car was on the lot within two weeks of my initial contact. The day I went to pick up my car (the first time at greenway) the entire dealership greeted my fiancé and i with amazing service and honesty. I would 100% recommend Wayne and greenway ford for your next car purchase. I will be sending my friends and family in need of a car his way! More
