Madmom, I am sorry that your daughter experience was less than exceptional. We had made multiple attempts to reach out, and were finally able to resolve the issue. It is also unfortunate that in the process of your review submission you chose to lay blame on an employee who actually had nothing to do with this issue and was not even employed at the dealership until 4 months after the sale of the vehicle. He is also not involved in the sales or financing process. Cabot White is the administrator for this page. That is why his name appears on the site. I understand that it was a frustrating circumstance that occurred, but it has been handled. We are not asking that you remove your review, as that is your right but if you would please remove Cabot's name from this post. He had nothing to do with this.
