After speaking with David Nelson, the Customer Service Manager, all of my concerns where taken care of and this review now matches the one I gave immediately following the purchase of my vehicle on Feb 7, 2020. I hope Greenway appreciates David and the others on the front line who make you successful. I do wish upper management would trust and respect their employees enough to give them the ability to make decisions without the need to get upper management authorization for even the smallest of things. Remember this - If you take care of (respect/trust/pay) your employees, your employees will take care of your customers, and your customers will take care of Greenway.
