The whole process from start to finish took 1 hour. I was very pleased with how efficient Becky was. I have other Ford Dealership that is closer to me, but I will drive the extra mile for the great service that I received from Becky and Greenway Ford. Thank you and keep up the great work. We had an older car with a lot of miles we were trading in, and he made countless attempts to find us the right car upgrade and even helped when I threw a last minute wrench into the mix by asking for a second gar. Genuinely good guy, I was even starting to annoy me -- but he was beyond helpful the whole time. I would send a family member to him without blinking. Thanks, Troy! Luke Flerima was also insanely helpful. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to select his name on this website as well -- but you rule too Luke! Thanks again! More

I was having a very difficult time getting a repair done under an extended warranty. Finally, I called Greenway Ford and spoke with Terry Bennett. Terry was able to resolve this issue after some research that he didn't have to do. He facilitated getting my vehicle fixed under warranty which was due to expire 3 days from my calling in. I really appreciate his assistance with the matter and his following up with me afterwards to make sure that the vehicle was fixed to my satisfaction. More

Greenway Ford = Dishonesty and Thievery. If you want to get ripped off or lied to, just take your vehicle to Greenway Ford, they don't care about the customer, it’s all about the $$$. The If you want to get ripped off or lied to, just take your vehicle to Greenway Ford, they don't care about the customer, it’s all about the $$$. The only reason, I am giving them an undeserved one star is because the general and service managers got involved in my case. However, the outcome of my experience was in the interest of the company and not the customer. Here are two examples to substantiate my claim. First, In September 2016, I took my Mustang GT in for a repair and the technician told me I needed a transmission and clutch replacement when I had already repaired the existing clutch with them. The technician promised me a discounted price for the job, however, I had to fight for them to own up to their word in the end. Additionally, the mechanic damaged the engine block in the repair process and claimed that it was damaged in the past, that I may have to get a new engine at my own expense. However, the engine was never repaired in the past and I found the damaged parts laying around. The technician had no explanation and changed his version of what had happened, blaming the damage on vehicle age. I had to fight to make them responsible for the damage and repair. Greenway gave me a rental and promised the charge was on them. However, Greenway added the rental to the final invoice and I had to fight to get the money back. Their claim: they had to add it because of the discounts (one thing has nothing to do with the other). It took Greenway a few weeks to refund me for the charge. The final bill for the repair was $4,392 and one month without my vehicle. Second, February 2016. I took the Mustang in for a regular service oil change and to check the engine because the check engine light came on. They charged me $100 for a standard diagnostic. However, they did not even record the error codes or an explanation of what they found, other than the symptoms I had described. The technician, verbally described to me that the vehicle had a bad fuel pump ($910), was leaking from the right rear axle seal and had damaged bearings ($600, without parts and labor). The technician gave me a dubious explanation that the engine was pinging and that it could need a replacement, but they had to go in there and see ($600). Greenway wanted $1,400, "discounts" included, for the repair: parts and labor. Nevertheless, based on experience, I could not trust them, therefore, I took the Mustang to another mechanic for a second opinion and the engine error code was for a fuel fumes issue, not the fuel pump, which has happened in the past (just need to tighten the gas cap better). The fuel pump was fine and the engine light has not reoccurred. The vehicle only had the right rear axle seal damaged, not the bearings as Greenway claimed. However, the mechanic I hired, noticed more important things that Greenway Ford failed to acknowledge or ignored, like a leak from the engine gasket seal, which needed replacement; the engine belt was worn out to the point of snapping. This honest mechanic, replaced both the rear axle seals, bearings, gasket seal and engine belt for only $397, parts and labor included, which we purchased on the spot at the lowest price. Finally, the engine pinging was due to using regular gas. The mechanic told me to use a fuel injection cleaner and put in Shell premium gas. The engine pinging is gone for good and it is even performing better. To conclude, if you want to get ripped off or lied to, just take your vehicle to Greenway Ford, they don't care about the customer, it’s all about the $$$. More
