Last week i came across their website looking for a used car. I was then contacted via chat by an internet then connected with Adam Gaudette. We spoke on the phone, where i made it very clear what my credit situation was, what i was looking for. He gave me his advice, we came up with a plan and we hung up and i felt very confident. I filled out the credit app, was then contacted again and told what all to bring to the dealership when i came in. So few days later i go in to the dealership, unfortunately andrew was Naturalista ot able to help me and i got Jose instead. Now i remind you that i filled out the credit app, we already know what i can get, what i am looking for, what i should expect. So while looking at cars im shown 3cars, i find one i love , test drive it, love it! while searching jose is also trying to sell my father a car. So then once i set on the car, i brought in im told they are going to have me fill out a credit app, wait, ive done this. Then to be told oh its just for my file. Im signing papers as if im going home today with the car. At the very end jose comes to me and say i need either a cosigner or 2000 for a down payment. Confused because i was told this waz done deal. He looks to my father, i say no. You told me were fine, he then says well okay you have to go through a interview process and bring reference. Interview, confused again. I have to interview to oay you my money? I went from being treated like a queen to being treated like trash. he even then goes as far as to guilt my father into cosigning. not cool, as you nothing about my dad or his situation. Long story short, i was made excited to only be let down. Not properly explained why and when i said no to cosign or additional 2k on 10k car they couldnt give me full response why, you saw my credit, income etc. So you knew what the banks would amd would not do. Why make someone go through all this to be made to fill like loser. More

I was fortunate enough to have a wonderful salesperson, Juan Mangual. Anyone searching for a personable salesperson when shopping for a vehicle should seek him out. He made sure to do everything he could do to satisfy my needs after the purchase of the truck, no matter how busy he was with other customers. The finance department worked to get me the credit I needed to get my new car. I will definitely recommend Greenway Ford, as well as seek out Juan Mangual for our future vehicle purchases! Warranty for Body shop repairs I had a complete engine change by the Ford BodyShop and given a warranty certificate. However, each time I bring the car in for a repair, there are ar I had a complete engine change by the Ford BodyShop and given a warranty certificate. However, each time I bring the car in for a repair, there are arguments with the staff about what the warranty covers. It is important to be detailed about what the warranty covers - the parts, labor etc, to avoid these arguments. Worse was the fact that they have no record at the shop about these repairs or warranties and have to call for the documents from a warehouse, which would take another few weeks. In this day and age of e-records, it is a shame to have such an arrangement. More
