The battery corrosion was so severe that the replacement purchase could not be installed. (Advance Auto Parts, Winter Springs, FL) Purchased the replacement battery and then had to take the vehicle to a repair facility to have it removed and the new battery installed. Labor for that was $194.77 at Z-Tech Automotive in Longwood. They had to cut off the mounting bracket and then beat on the battery terminal to the point of deforming the terminal base in order to release the clamp. Then they replaced both and returned the battery to demonstrate the damage. Your facility allegedly performed "The Works" on the vehicle in August of 2022, four months prior to this. So tell me, the specifically requested battery inspection did not detect the extreme corrosion and subsequent battery failure? Really?
