My sales associate Sam was great. I was actually his first sale. He appeared to have good support from management to see this through. When I picked up the car, the key cover was missing on my handle. They are taking care of it along with minor scratched and headlight cover peeling that was not noted initially. They worked to get things covered through warranty and anything else the sales team approved. I stood firm on not getting the accessories package features (like window tint, which you can get much cheaper elsewhere) and cosmetic coverage plans, although they really tried. They provided different financing options based on my credit so that all worked out. More

I own a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe with only 2,000 miles. Since July 2025, the vehicle has had brake pedal vibration and flat spots on the tires. I have taken the vehicle to Greenway Hyundai more than 10 Since July 2025, the vehicle has had brake pedal vibration and flat spots on the tires. I have taken the vehicle to Greenway Hyundai more than 10 times over the past 7+ months, with no resolution. Each visit results in a different explanation and no real accountability. It is unacceptable that a new vehicle, fully covered under warranty, has these issues and that the customer is left without a solution for months. This experience has been extremely frustrating and reflects poorly on Hyundai’s after-sales support. I would not recommend Hyundai to anyone expecting real support after the purchase. More
