Flat tire Took my 2015 Genesis in for New tires and oil change. Also needed to change a turning signal. I was told it would take 3 hours so they should take me Took my 2015 Genesis in for New tires and oil change. Also needed to change a turning signal. I was told it would take 3 hours so they should take me home and drive me back. When I bought the Genesis I was told there would always be a loaner car. At 5:30, 9 hours later, the picked me up. When I went out to the car the next morning one of the tires was flat. I pumped it up and returned it. Two hours later it was returned, because it was "expedited". They said it was a defective valve stem, I.E. they didn't screw it back in. It had to be defective so they could charge Hyundai for the repair. Orlando Hyundai is not only incompetent, but also crooked. More
