First Time Buy Was a Breeze. I thought I wanted a used 2016/2017 Santa Fe but upon speaking to Cathy, I realized that I would be better suited for a new 2017 Elantra. When I wasn I thought I wanted a used 2016/2017 Santa Fe but upon speaking to Cathy, I realized that I would be better suited for a new 2017 Elantra. When I wasn't impressed with the standard Elanta, she showed me an upgraded version that had all the features I liked in the Santa Fe (Bluetooth, touch screen, steering wheel controls). At no point did I feel pushed into a vehicle or pressured to buy. As a young female going to the dealership by myself, I was very worried about people taking advantage of me.
