I have already informed the service advisor he has indicated that he was going to get the service manager involved and then I spoke via text message to someone trying to sell me a car from that dealership so there's like four or five people already aware of this issue and like I said other than this response to this review I am being ignored on the request for a refund for a front end alignment that was not done correctly. I notified the service advisor immediately with a copy of the alignment report from Firestone the same day... I paid $159.95 plus probably shop supplies and text you guys can look at the receipt on your end because I paid $4.99 whatever the hell that was for document storage fee I've never heard of that in my entire life of over 25 years working for dealerships. So you're either going to do something about getting me the refund that you owe me which is very simple understand things happen technician just didn't do the job correctly more than likely who knows what it is what it is you made an attempt you failed the right thing to do is refund what you charge for what you didn't do it's very simple. I would like to point out that I did my due diligence and trying to resolve this for a few days before I left a bad review on your dealership which was earned by ignoring my requests
