I brought my car in for an oil change. Never received a call that my car was ready to be picked up. I called, no answer. I texted my advisor, no answer. I came to the dealership, my car was ready, the receptionist had to find my paperwork, get approval for my coupon from Josh (who was my advisor who never called). There was a car blocking my car. I had to find my car. I am done. This is my 4th Kia and 3rd we purchased from Greenway Kia. It will be our last. More

I was told that my car would be finished in 2 hours by the service team. I was not called or notified of my vehicle's status. I called and was hung up on/waiting on hold for a few times on sunday; still n the service team. I was not called or notified of my vehicle's status. I called and was hung up on/waiting on hold for a few times on sunday; still no call or text about my car. I called once again on Monday morning (after having to take off of work due to not having a vehicle). They told me that the car was just finished and it is ready for pickup. I think they forgot to put in the system that my car was complete and made it seem like the car was completed AS SOON as I called. Also, some worker was sleeping at the desk when I came in at 11am on Saturday morning. Do better. More
