Service rep Carlos was professional, pleasant, and efficient with service forms and getting my car assigned to a service tech. Same treatment he's given me for the years I've owned Kias. I am what you would call a satisfied customer, and recommend Greenway Kia East new car purchase and for service. Thank you, Carlos, for your outstanding customer service today. More

The finance manager is an unhinged man with serious anger issues. They tried to over charge me and snuck in a warranty they gave me no information at all about. I asked about it several times and was told it was not an add on, it was an $1800 add on. I only know that after requesting the paperwork 3 times- they did not provide any paperwork on that warranty at the time of purchase. Save yourself a headache and go to a different dealership, these people are awful. More

My car is under warranty which is a lié because they are not fixing it due to a code not showing. I had to end up paying in a different dealer because they DO NOT want to fix it. Do not buy a car from here and do not believe the lié that you are getting a car under warranty because they will not respond once time comes. More
Do not lease a vehicle from these crooks at Greenway KIA East. My three year lease on my 2020 KIA Sportage LX is coming to an end and I informed the dealer I wanted to keep the vehicle. It only had 19,000 East. My three year lease on my 2020 KIA Sportage LX is coming to an end and I informed the dealer I wanted to keep the vehicle. It only had 19,000 miles with no visible wear and tear and the residual amount of $14,694.30 is less than market price. Unfortunately in the state of Florida, once the lease ends, it's not as simple as cutting a check to the finance company and calling it a day. One is forced to go back to the dealer. In the last several months there have been multiple news reports of shady dealers such as this one in the state of Florida adding hundreds of dollars in unofficial fees to the lease buyout that weren't in the original contract or were originally factored into the monthly payments. The sales person named Luis, with whom I spoke with on the phone emailed the following buyout quote: Market Value Selling Price 14,924.00 State Fees CVR 60.55 Administration Fee 249.95 Dealer Fee 899.95 PTA Fee 58.50 Tire Fee 5.00 Tax 993.24 License Fee 100.00 Lemon Law 2.00 Balance 17,293.19 I explained to him that according to the lease contract, all these fees were taken care of at time of signing. He gave the same spiel other car dealerships have been giving customers as shown on recent news reports and I informed him of this. He told me that doesn’t matter and that I have no choice but to deal with them on their terms. I understand the dealer needing to make a profit in order to stay in business but they made their profit off of me three years ago when I paid the very same fees they are wanting to have again. I told Luis, you guys are double dipping and he just laughed. Then I hung up feeling very angry knowing I held up my part of the bargain but Greenway KIA East is refusing to do likewise. More
Buyer Beware—Ripped off disabled veteran I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. It took 45 minutes of negotiating just to get them to honor their own online car listing price. We showed up wit recommend this dealership to anyone. It took 45 minutes of negotiating just to get them to honor their own online car listing price. We showed up with the intent to pay the listed price, and they tried to add outrageous fees IN ADDITION to the $900 dealership fee and office fees. In the finance office my husband noticed a higher loan amount on some of the paperwork. When we asked the finance manager, he reassumed my husband that that number “meant nothing” and we would “pay our originally agreed amount”. He quickly shuffled around the paperwork and had us sign some electronic documents. During this process he seemed friendly enough and asked my husband extensively about his military tour in Afghanistan. Come to find out, that snake added a “Luxcare” package to our contract that was never brought to our attention, or even mentioned. It added $1,800 to our loan without our knowledge. I made multiple attempts to contact the finance manager that handled our contract. It has been three weeks and I have not been able to speak with anyone from the finance department. I will be filing a formal complaint on BBB. It’s a shame that even after knowing the sacrifice my husband made for this country, this dealership would be ugly enough to extort him for extra money. Disgusting. More
Greenway Kia East not only provided me a terrible experience, but my opinion is that they honestly don't care about their customers and that's based off my interaction. I went online to KBB to get experience, but my opinion is that they honestly don't care about their customers and that's based off my interaction. I went online to KBB to get my car's value. It had the KBB guaranteed price option so I selected that. Greenway Kia East came up as a dealership that would guaranteed offer me a certain amount for my vehicle. I had gone to Massey Cadillac first because they answered the phone when I called. KBB guaranteed me $31,500 for my car. While at Massey, I get a phone call from a saleswoman named Ilcia. I tell her I'm at the other dealership getting it inspected. She then says to let her know when I'm done. We begin texting and I asked if sending pictures would help and she said yes. I took a number of photos of my car and sent it to her. I informed her the other dealership offered me $32,000 for my car. She sends me a text saying "We want it, will give you top dollar for it. Bring in the offer from the other dealership. We can beat it". So I left Massey and drove straight to Kia East. I get to Kia East and they take my information and car keys. After about 20 minutes they come back and say sorry, we can only offer you $30,000 for your car. I said hold on, I have a guaranteed offer from KBB which states your dealership will buy it, and I have a text saying you'll beat it. I'm then brought over to the manager Jay. Jay tells me that Ilcia doesn't know sales and that she's "just an internet sales person", and that "her job is to just try and get as many customers in the door as possible". He can't offer me more than $30,000, that's what the market says it's worth, and it's not worth more. I said KBB offered me $31,500, Kia East as the dealership guaranteed to buy it, and I have a text saying you'll beat it. He told me "it doesn't matter" and that Kia East "isn't KBB". Unreal dealership that, based off my experience, doesn't care about wasting customer's time. They want to just get as many people in the door as possible, as their manager Jay stated, and see what money they can get. No customer service skills, no apology, no nothing. Based off my opinion, stay as far away as you can. They don't honor their word and apparently will say whatever they need to say to get you in the door, even if it's not the truth. More
They wanted $500 for an oil change and a tire rotation. They called it a 15000 mile service, but in the manual it only says to do the oil, rotate tires, and inspect everything else. I found a shop that did They called it a 15000 mile service, but in the manual it only says to do the oil, rotate tires, and inspect everything else. I found a shop that did everything for $70, and he went by KIA recommendations. Then I had the plastic fender flare on the rear ds become detached at the base. They tell me roughly $70 in parts, but $400 in labor. I'm going to an auto body guy that will do a better job for $150. They are rude and could care less if you bought a car there, it's an attempt to drain you of as much money as possible. There are a lot of service garages that have experienced, courteous workers that will do the work for a fraction of the cost. If I ever need dealer service, it won't be there. More
If there was an option for zero stars I would have done it. I spoke with an employee named Brittany who told me the amount in the quote I had received was correct (for a Kia Sportage) and to come in and sp it. I spoke with an employee named Brittany who told me the amount in the quote I had received was correct (for a Kia Sportage) and to come in and speak to the manager because he could give me an EVEN BETTER DEAL. I informed her that I lived two hours away and would like to do most of the negations via telephone if possible, and she assured me that I absolutely had to come in to proceed further. I sucked it up and made the drive. When I arrived at the dealership, the Sportage I received the price quote and pre approval for wasn’t even on the lot. Then the salesman I met with told me the price in the quote was off by $4000 for the price of the Sportage they did have in inventory. Moving it just outside of my price range. Thank you for wasting four hours of my time driving and probably $100+ in fuel. More
