What was really nice was that the whole thing took about 3 1/2 hours from the time we walked on the lot until we drove off. Orlando Kia East - Incompetent! Poor finance dept!!! My wife and I have significant complaints and a really poor experience with "Orlando Kia East" located at 8701 East Colonial Drive, Orlando, FL 32817, My wife and I have significant complaints and a really poor experience with "Orlando Kia East" located at 8701 East Colonial Drive, Orlando, FL 32817, telephone number 407-678-1717. We leased a new Sedona in late December 2014 and now, 3 months later, this dealership still can not get the paperwork straight. Today, someone named "Sekula" - supposedly a business manager there - contacted my wife and told her to "...park the vehicle until you provide paperwork we need..." - - - WHICH WE HAVE DONE IN PERSON NO LESS THAN 6 TIMES NOW by email and in person. I called them after this "Sekula" outraged us with his communication to her, attempting to reach GM Mr. Morejon who I was told is not available (go figure). Another manager took my complaint and my request that someone who can resolve this contact us today. The business office at Orlando Kia East appears, at best, incompetent and dysfunctional. As I am no longer confident that we can trust them to do anything competently, we asked that someone from the Florida Auto Dealers Association and from Corporate Kia (California) contact them on our behalf to get this resolved. After all our good faith efforts, threatening us about our right to operate the vehicle we leased is NOT good business practice - we have NEVER before (we are in our 60's) seen a vehicle transaction so screwed up as this. Truly unfortunate and NOT good customer service; as a long time business operations executive, I know well how to communicate and I plan to further express my discontent on our blogs, twitter, facebook, and with the media via the Orlando Sentinel and TV stations in addition to our attorney. This is a horrible representation of dealer "activity" for the FLADA to bear as well, as a dealership that's this incompetent reflects badly on all such auto dealers they represent. More
Sales manager should be fired! I went to city Kia off of east colonial and I will NEVER buy a car from them. The sales associate was arguing with me saying what I wanted wasn't poss I went to city Kia off of east colonial and I will NEVER buy a car from them. The sales associate was arguing with me saying what I wanted wasn't possible but every time I tried to leave the price went almost to my price range. Then when I tried to leave the sales manager said he could do my deal but then came back with a deal $120 MORE than the deal before. He said, "I can do it in your price range I just don't want to." THE MANAGER SAID THAT TO ME! I will never ever buy a car from this awful place. He was sexist and an all around jerk! More
