We returned to this dealer a total of five times putting over 500 miles on a brand new car not to mention that we were both disabled and the ride was one hour plus each way. When we returned we asked for my car back that they weren't giving us the deal we were trapped into purchasing car because they informed us they sold our trade. Which we now learned is illegal until deal is completed. We had to return because the manual and extra key were locked up n they couldn't find the key to open the room. If you want an honest straight up deal.go elsewhere. More

She had never even seen a Soul before now and was panicked about the purchase. I told her we would run down to Orlando Kia and check one out really quick to make sure it was a vehicle she liked. We told him our situation and that we knew we were not buying from Orlando Kia.He checked with his manager to get permission for a test drive and off we went. She asked us to look at the Kia Soul which was only a few 100 dollars difference from the original car we were looking at. The Soul had much more room and more features that the original car. Very misleading advertisment I went in the dealership and I asked specifically about the $7000 over the kelly bluebook price before I did anything. I let them I was told they only needed to appraise my car so I let them do so they came back and told me it would be fine they looked at it and all we would need to establish now was the payment I asked them several times again if they were sure because I did not want to go ahead if this wasn't done where I needed to put more than what I wanted because of their $7000 but of course they said they were sure by the time we finish they wanted me to put double the amount I agreed on because they lied they DO Not give you more than Kelly bluebook I could go to any dealer and buy whatever I want with that same amount down so they are liars and don't fall for it like I did. BIG WASTE OF TIME AND CREDIT POINTS More

Awesome experience I had received a phone call from Emmanuel as my 2010 Optima was out of warranty . It was my birthday weekend so I decided to just take a look and see I had received a phone call from Emmanuel as my 2010 Optima was out of warranty . It was my birthday weekend so I decided to just take a look and see what they could do. I wasn't necessarily looking for a new car so if I wasn't satisfied I was content to walk away. He was very professional and helpful and I test drove a couple of vehicles. The Optima was by far the best deal and they worked until they got the payment below my other payment. Who could argue with that! I would happily recommend Emmanuel and the rest of the staff were exceptional as well. It was the best birthday present EVER! More
