Making a car purchase can be a stressful experience but I must say that KP truly was WONDERFUL every step of the way! The thought of negotiating with professional negotiators (salesmen/women) is intimidating. If you look for tips online, a lot of people compare it to getting a root canal. The pages are full of awful negotiating ploys and underhanded tactics that give the bravest man/woman pause before stepping in a dealership. That was my frame of mind when I stepped in. I have never been happier to be wrong. KP was nice and a pleasure to deal with. He did make counter offers but that is expected in a negotiation. He was understanding and respectable with me and my family needs every step of the way. He truly made me feel like helping me was his priority above all! He accommodated ALL of my requests and preferences. He honored my voice every step of the way! Hicham Belaharsa assisted with the financing portion of the sale and I can truly say that he made the process smooth and stress free! Thank you Hicham. First customer complaint ever after over 55 years in Orlando I traded in my 2011 Kia Soul for a 2014 and wanted to lease. After Kia finance made a mistake on the paperwork for the 2011 Kia they wrongly sent me I traded in my 2011 Kia Soul for a 2014 and wanted to lease. After Kia finance made a mistake on the paperwork for the 2011 Kia they wrongly sent me to all three collection agencies. I drove my new car home I received a call from the dealership the next day that Kia would not do the lease deal. I went back to return the car and get my trade back at this time not knowing why there was a problem. The Sales Manager told me Quote " That's not the way it works, you signed the paperwork we need to get you financing." I didn't want to buy, just lease for financial reasons. After all was said and done it was Kia that finally financed my car. I left in tears and tried to get the owner to help me make my deal a lease. If Kia would finance me why wouldn't they lease to me? He wouldn't call me back or answer my letters. I finally went to the bbb to complain and even that didn't help. I loved my 2011 and I love my new Soul but can't wait to get out of it so I don't need to pay Kia each month after the way I was treated by the company. I didn't get a CSI form to fill out (not a surprise because they knew it would be bad) so I found this outlet. More

I went in to see a Kia Sorento and drove away a few hours later with my I have had quite a bit of dealings with this dealership in the last 7 weeks. I went in to see a Kia Sorento and drove away a few hours later with my new Sorento. Had a couple occasions to stop in and have always been treated very well. I stopped in again last week to ask about changing my cloth seats to leather and in 20 minutes was on my way to trading in my 7 week new Sorento for another one with leather seats. Crazy I know. But they made it worth it for me and I am a very happy customer still. If your looking for a Kia this is the dealership to use. More
