I saw their ad in the Sentinel on December 21. I called to ask about a Toyota Corolla. Based on the information given, I drove across town to test drive the car. When I arrived, Oludare directed me to Geor to ask about a Toyota Corolla. Based on the information given, I drove across town to test drive the car. When I arrived, Oludare directed me to George for assistance. George came back and asked if I could drive a stick shift. I immediately got very angry as I can not drive a manual and the person on the phone had said it was an automatic. I told them it was the 2nd time in 2 years that I came to the dealership for a used car and the prior time I had also been lied to. Oludare promised to find me a car within my budget. They came up with a Buick Lesabre. George explained he owned the same car. As we did the test drive, I asked him about what he liked about the car. Oludare did as promised and gave me a price on the car I could handle. I had to return on Sunday to complete the paperwork due to the late hour on Saturday. George had them wash the car again while I was completing the paperwork and also showed me his car. He explained some of the special controls to help me learn about my car. I had a problem on Monday night. I called George on Tuesday morning. He promised to get the matter fixed on Thursday as the dealership was closed. When I arrived Thursday Oludare and George made sure the car was fixed. George went to another store to get me a root beer soda which by luck turned out to be my childhood favorite. He sat and talked with me while I waited for the car to be ready. Both George and Oludare were able to turn an unhappy person into a very happy one. More

This could have been a much better review if this dealership had been better organized. I bought two cars one new and one used. I bought a new car and this is my first car purchased in Florida. I was not informed by Eddie Oliveras of the extra charges in Florida for a new plate. So, surprisingly, I received a bill from the dealership for $177.86. I was surprised since I had paid cash for both vehicles. This miscommunication could have been avoided with the proper notification of this fee ahead of time. Also, the times that I have had to visit the dealership I have been made to wait for 20 minutes or more before being helped. These times were not busy for this dealership so this was definitely not acceptable. One last thing, there was a promotion for a free TV with the purchase of a new Kia. I never received this TV nor did I ever get any information on why this was denied. Update: 01/07/2013 Today I met with the general Manager (Luis Morejon). I am updating this review to reflect the quality of service that I received from him. He listened to my concerns and went well beyond what he needed to do to rectify the situation. I believe that Orlando Kia East and it's employees are committed to correcting problems that may occur as well as improving their business to truly make them better for potential customers. Besides my satisfaction, I have also met a person that I can truly call a friend in Mr. Morejon. More
