Thankfully the factory warranty was still covered. I drive the "fixed" vehicle home to find that now my overhead liner inside the cab is falling down all in the cab. It was until Luis the GM got involved until we saw progress. He helped out very much and an grateful for him. More

Emmanuel listened to what it was that I needed and what I wanted and customized everything to suit me. They even allowed me to take my new car to go home and let out my dogs while they handled the paperwork. It was a stressful decision to spend the money on a new car and the guys at Kia did a great job easing my mind. I feel I got what I paid for. More

The second I saw Freddy he gave the experience that I never been through when it comes down to buying a car. He sat me down and let me talk about the previous experience that I went through with my last dealership. Just listening to me alone I knew I was comfortable cause of the fact that he didn't cut me off at any point, he just let me express myself then he went to work...My mindset was to get a Mazda 3, but by the time we walked out and looked at the car that changed my mind within the first 5 minutes...Although I wasn't trying to get into a car Freddy promised he would get me in car by the end of the night...He was very friendly, funny and energetic, which is good when a customer is buying a car. I would recommend anyone to go to that dealership and especially Freddy. It was by far the best experience I had when it comes down to buying a car.... Thanks Freddy you are the best.... More
Emmanuel was very helpful I was very happy with my 2012 Kia Sorento; however, I driver over 120 miles per day. This lead me to trading in for a 2015 Kia Forte for gas mileage and renewed bumper to bumper warranty. I was not highly motivated to trade in since my SUV was fairly new, and still an amazing vehicle. If it hadn't been for the patience of my sales representative I would have left (twice). Emmanual made sure to cover all areas regarding my wants in a car and the bottom line price I was willing to pay. More

Most unethical dealership I have ever done business with! Below is the letter of my families experience with Orlando KIA East. I have been wanting to send it to someone of importance and have emailed Luis Mor Below is the letter of my families experience with Orlando KIA East. I have been wanting to send it to someone of importance and have emailed Luis Morejon and the Vice Principle of the Company and have not received a reply or phone call as of yet. Here it is : Dear Mr. Luis Morejon, My name is Randy **** and I wanted to let you know of a terrible experience my Wife and I had with Orlando KIA East in hopes that you (first) can do something about it. My Wife (*****) and I visited your dealership to look at the new KIA Sorrento’s. We knew that we were upside down for both of our auto’s and explained this to the salesman and Sales Manager. Now, to make a long story short, we were told that the deal was good by both the Salesman and the Sales Manager and we even saw Mr. Sekula Jovanovic to complete all the paperwork (contract, which I still have) and signed. The Dealership took my truck, scraped off my Sunpass Toll from my windshield, took my license plate off my vehicle and put on a new license plate sticker and put that plate on our new KIA. Then they put their own dealership auto info data sticker in the windshield of my trade in (Truck). After all of that my Wife was even told that she could ring the gong in front of everyone showing that we just bought a new car. We were very excited and my Wife then drove home the new KIA. We showed all of our friends and family and planned a vacation to Oklahoma driving our new KIA. We spent about the next 3 days still driving the KIA. I received a call from the dealership stating to come back in because there was an issue with the sale of this car and that they were going to replace that KIA with a brand new KIA without any miles because it had better rebates. I got off work early and went back in alone without my Wife to find out what was going on. After two hours of waiting, the Sales Manager, Mr. Hicham Belaharsa finally sat down next to me and stated that we could not keep that KIA because of not enough rebates and that they (Dealership) would have to replace that KIA Sorrento with a newer one that had 0 miles and better rebates. I asked if there was a black one like the one we bought and he told the salesman to take me across the street to see. Well, my Wife showed up and the sales Manager explained to her so we followed the salesman across the street to look at the newer KIA Sorrento’s with fewer miles. There wasn’t a black one, but there was a white one that my Wife finally agreed to take……even though she was in love with the black KIA Sorrento that she had been driving for the past 4 days thinking it was hers. Once we got back to the dealership and the Sales Manager finally sat down with us, he stated that the new monthly payment for this KIA would be $880 not the $713 that we had agreed on and signed for. I told him that we couldn’t do that much. He then stated that if we could come up with $1000 down then he could get the payment down to the $713-$717 monthly payment. He told us to think about it. My Wife wanted to leave as we already had our new car and had been driving it for the last 4 days. The sales manager finally returned and pressured us for a down payment. My Wife just wanted that Sorrento so I stated that we could come up with $1000 down. The Sales Manager left and we waited another hour before he returned. He now stated that we owed too much on the trade in and that the deal was off. He stated that they got the payoff’s mixed up and that there was a $2000 difference now. I asked how did the payoffs get mixed up when I sat down on their computer and gave them the financial institute’s web site and phone number. I also told him that all we had was $1000. He again left and another hour went by and then he returned stating that the deal was off and nothing can be done. He stated that there was a $2000 difference. I asked the Sales Manager that after all the BS that we have been put through over the last four days thinking that the car was ours and we already had the signed paperwork, why the company couldn’t cover the $2000? He said no and asked us to sign some more paperwork, which we did. Then he said that they were taking back the KIA Sorrento. The dealership brought back my truck, scrapped off their sticker from the windshield, peeled off the new monthly license sticker from the KIA and placed it back on my truck. We had to take all of our personal belongings out of the Sorrento and put them back in the truck. Mr. Morejon, my Wife has been devastated by the actions of Mr. Belaharsa and Orlando KIA East and has not been the same since. Her dreams were crushed over such unprofessionalism and talks about it daily. Sir, I am retired Army and have bought around 2 dozen new cars in my life and have never seen anything like this in my life. Mr. Morejon, you have some awesome salemen that seem to really care about us and enjoy their job but your Sales Manager, Mr. Belaharsa …….well, let me stop there. Mr. Morejon, Sir, I am asking if there is anything that you can do to fix this unjust? V,r, Randy ***** Also added my cell # here. UPDATE: Since this experience and no return email or call from Mr. Morejon or the VP, my friends told me to stay away from this dealership as they too have had issues. 2 of my Co-workers bought new cars from Sutherlin Nissan and advised us to go right down the street to that dealership. What a difference! Now, we own a brand new Nissan Pathfinder (Loaded). We loved the KIA Sorrento and know that not all KIA Dealerships are this unprofessional so if you are just stuck on a KIA then go to a different dealership......or even better, first check out Sutherlin Nissan before you have to make the drive.
