After a horrific experience it Deland Kia I have to say that I was very hesitant i'm trying to buy a new car again. My husband and I walked into Orlando Kia east. And Melinda took care of us. She took my bad experience and turned it into an awesome experience. This is how one is supposed to be treated when you buy a brand-new car. Melinda worked with us on pricing never pressured us she truly knows her stuff. There was nothing to hide she laid everything out upfront. When we decided to purchase. She went above and beyond and took care of us. And when we got into our new vehicle our home address was already programmed in our navigation. I have lung issues in the new car smell makes me sick. I had mentioned that to Melinda. When I got there all the windows were down and there was a container with coffee grounds to help with the smell. Melinda isn't just a salesperson. She truly listens and she cares. That is a quality that separates Melinda from a lot of the other salesman out there. Malinda I cannot thank you enough for helping me not to give up. And taking such good care of us. We are truly blessed to have met you and we absolutely love our car. We will shout to the hills. To tell everybody about Orlando Kia east. THANK YOU so much. More
I called in on a Thrusday and spoke to Miguel DeJesus. He I called in on a Thrusday and spoke to Miguel DeJesus. He claimed to be the Sales Manager. so I told him i was sending him a car via AAA tow truc I called in on a Thrusday and spoke to Miguel DeJesus. He claimed to be the Sales Manager. so I told him i was sending him a car via AAA tow truck, and he said no problem. I also asked him to have a list of used cars for sale in the $10,000 range when i was going to be in on Saturday. I texted him @ 904.534.8724 letting him know the car was on its way, and he replied "Okay" My wife and i showed up on Saturday, asked for Miguel. When he walked up he asked me where was the car i was having towed over to him on Thursday. He said it was never brought there. I told him i would call AAA to see who signed for it. We saw it in the parking lot, but after walking around and talking with people, he founf the keys and who signed for it. I then asked him for the list of cars to see, he said he didnt have anything put together. He then pushed us off to another sale rep named Tony. he walked my wife around and shower her some cars. Not finding anything in the $10,000 range, He told me that they have alot of cars coming in and out of that place and something new may come in over the next few days. I asked him to call me in the next day or two and let me know what he finds. It is now a week later and still have not heard back from anyone. i went to Napleton Volkswagon last night and bought a brand new car (CASH)! When i called Miguel DeJesus to let him know that i was going to have the car towed from his lot, and asked why i never received a call back from anyone, he was quick to blame Tony. Keep in mind Miguel DeJesus was my first contact, and he said he was the Sales Manager! I let him know that i went somewhere else and bought a brand new car last night, and he had nothing to say but "you only asked for something in the $10,000 range". Is this how you treat people who don't tell you they want a brand new car? Kia is the car we wanted, but Miguel DeJesus (904.524.8724) misrepresented not only his dealership, but also Kia, and has turned our interests away from Kia. I would never reccomend Kia to anyone who wants good, honest customer service from a Sales Manager, whose name is not even on this website. If this is the kind of people Kia employs, they are not worth buying from. More
Worst dealership I have ever attended. Having viewed a used car that would not start agreed to come back next day and test drive and discuss further. Spent over two hours working with the sales guy who wa used car that would not start agreed to come back next day and test drive and discuss further. Spent over two hours working with the sales guy who was the best of the bunch and apologitic of a bad experience, but the finance person has no people or customer skills and makes it quite clear he thinks hes doing you a favor. Anyway secured deal to buy car with salesman then go to finance person . Bear in mind I was paying cash , then get told by sales / finance manager we have sold it on the internet now for a better price and its your fault you lost this deal . Left this facilty after a few choice words and head home . Low and behold get a call about 20 minutres after being in house. We are really sorry , but this should never of happened and I will escalate to my manager , but by the way the internet buyer could not get finance so are you still interested. Much to my reluctance I said yes I may be if you can negotiate something for my trouble and the unproffesionalism of selling the car from under me while we were doing a deal. No this cannot be done offer remains as was still agreed , do you mind driving back down at 8pm this evening and buying this car. NO DEAL, Dont go here !! More

My mother recently purchased a new Optima from Orlando Kia East. I have to say this has been the worst experience ever. I mean ever, not just in the car buying world. They pressured us to get a car that d Kia East. I have to say this has been the worst experience ever. I mean ever, not just in the car buying world. They pressured us to get a car that day, but didn't have the car in the configuration we wanted. So they sent for one from Orlando Kia North. They said it would be there in an hour or two, so about 2:00PM. The car didn't show up until around 7:00PM. We were in our car about to leave when it showed up, and now regret not just leaving. One of the things she wanted was a rear view camera. Since they couldn't make that package work, the sales manager promised to install one in the mirror. When we called back to find out about this they said it would cost an extra $200. This was after we had already bought the car and were promised one would be installed. After about a week of arguing they agreed that it would be all on them, but she would lose her compass (something she really values and needs in her car), the garage door opener and the automatic dimming. None of that was told to us when purchasing the car. Anytime you call they either don't return your call, or if they do it is to talk about something completely different than what you were inquiring. This has caused more stress than anything we have ever encountered. After all of this hassle we just wish they would refund us and take the car back. I will never buy another Kia, nor will I recommend this dealership to anyone. In fact, I will go far out of my way to make sure no one I know goes here. They do not deserve any sales for the stuff they have put us through. More

This was by far the best experience I've had with purchasing a vehicle. From the moment I started looking at the website to being contacted by Mr. Vega all the way through the entire process was sim purchasing a vehicle. From the moment I started looking at the website to being contacted by Mr. Vega all the way through the entire process was simply outstanding. I was able to purchase a brand new vehicle with not the best credit in the world thanks to the finance department for doing everything possible to make it work. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and helpful and had smiles on their faces when they walked past. Was asked several times by other employees if I was being helped during those times when you have to wait. Just overall, this was the perfect way to purchase a new car!!!
