After a long day at work, late on a Friday, we came back to discuss a purchase of an SUV we spoke with Jim about earlier that week. We closed the deal, returned in the morning and completed everything to make the SUV perfect before we took it. When you are in a difficult financial situation, sometimes people make you feel like you are "less" than you should be. They both made me feel like any other customer. Chad has helped me take care of my car since I bought it in 2006. I am not a mechanic or knowledgible on car engines but he has taken time to explain what I need to know about my car without making me feel in 2006. His knowledge in customer service exceeds my expectations. He treats me like a close friend or even family member meaning my needs and his guidance in the service of my car are of utmost importance. He has lined out a 1-10 list for me as to what needs to be addressed at what time. Tho, I do like his theory of "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"! He has great consideration of customers time. He gets you in and out as he quoted and if something unexpectated pops up he is quick to inform. Like many, I work, and my time and his scheduling are very important. I think Kia is very fortunate to have Chad as an employee and I hope they they award him with recognition, he more than deserves it. He is my Hero! More
