I WENT AT FIRST JUST TO SEE AND CHECK PRICES TO PURCHASE A CAR. ONE OF THE SALES PERSON THAT FIRST ATTENDED ME VERY KIND AND FRIENDLY WHICH I FORGOT HIS NAME NOW, WALK ME THROUGH THE LOT TO SHOW ME CARS AS A CAR. ONE OF THE SALES PERSON THAT FIRST ATTENDED ME VERY KIND AND FRIENDLY WHICH I FORGOT HIS NAME NOW, WALK ME THROUGH THE LOT TO SHOW ME CARS AS I DESCRIBED WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR...ONCE I SAW ONE THAT I LIKED HE THEN INTRODUCE ME TO WILL PAGAN WHICH WAS AMAZING, FRIENDLY, PATIENT, PROFESSIONAL AND UNDERSTOOD MY NEEDS. ONCE NUMBERS WERE DISCUSSED THEN HE ADVISE ME OF OTHERS OPTIONS WITH BETTER CHANCE OF PURCHASING A NEW CAR OR MORE UPDATED OR NEWER ONE (SINCE THE FIRST ONE WAS A (2005 NISSAN MURANO 135 MMP). HE PROCEED TO SHOW ME OTHERS OPTIONS UNTIL WE GOT TO THE ONE I PURCHASE WHEN DISCUSS WITH HIS MANAGER. i'M VERY GRATEFUL FOR THE WAY HE TREAT US AND SERVICE HE PROVIDE. I have been to several local Kia dealers and have had nothing but problems. Today I brought my 2011 Optima SX to Kia Orlando East for the first time and have never been happier with a dealership service nothing but problems. Today I brought my 2011 Optima SX to Kia Orlando East for the first time and have never been happier with a dealership service center. I worked directly with the service manager Mr. Kyle Williams and he was honest and straight forward with what needed done on my car and didn't try to up-sell services that were not needed. I pass 4 Kia dealerships on my may from my house to Kia Orlando East and I will now go nowhere else. My car had a rather serious turbo problem and he knew exactly what to do and had the car in and fixed within one hour which was very impressive. I decided to go ahead and have an alignment and oil change done after the car was fixed. They were quite busy but the alignment and oil change took only another 45 minutes. I couldn't be happier with the service and work done to my car. I will not trust anyone else to service my 2011 Optima SX from now on. More

I would recomend you go anywhere but here. My husband and I are first time car buyers and thought going to kia would be a great experience and affordable boy was I wrong when we got there we had david basti I are first time car buyers and thought going to kia would be a great experience and affordable boy was I wrong when we got there we had david bastiados as a salesman he was nice however his boss was a complete tool he blatenly lied to us putting us in a vehicle that he swore would work with our budget so he put us in it that night and told us he would call us in the next day to finish signing papers he never called I called and called and calledthey ALL gave me the run around finally on friday they asked us to come in and sign papers assuring us we could keep it whenwe got there they asked for nearly $5,000 more dollars anda cosigner when they have a first time buyers program we were devistated we will never go back to them ever just wanted to share our experience so this doesnt happen to someone else More

I am very pleased with my recent purchase! About 3 months ago I purchased a car from wan at Orlando Kia West and it just had several problems we were unaware of!
