I would recomend you go anywhere but here. My husband and I are first time car buyers and thought going to kia would be a great experience and affordable boy was I wrong when we got there we had david basti I are first time car buyers and thought going to kia would be a great experience and affordable boy was I wrong when we got there we had david bastiados as a salesman he was nice however his boss was a complete tool he blatenly lied to us putting us in a vehicle that he swore would work with our budget so he put us in it that night and told us he would call us in the next day to finish signing papers he never called I called and called and calledthey ALL gave me the run around finally on friday they asked us to come in and sign papers assuring us we could keep it whenwe got there they asked for nearly $5,000 more dollars anda cosigner when they have a first time buyers program we were devistated we will never go back to them ever just wanted to share our experience so this doesnt happen to someone else More

I am very pleased with my recent purchase! About 3 months ago I purchased a car from wan at Orlando Kia West and it just had several problems we were unaware of! She was very nice. Went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied with our car. Including a KIA hamster that our 3- year old kayla wanted with the car. The cd player doesnt work. I want to start by saying that Melinda Elannan is a very nice person and I know that her job is to sell cars. I also want to say that I know that my credit isnt the greatest. When me and my friend arrived things were good, Melinda was very attentive and allowed us to look through cars at our leisure and we test drove a used Soul. Then the decision was made that I could get a better deal if I bought a new car. I made it clear that I wanted to have a payment under $400. We spent probably an hour with Melinda trying to convince me that I needed to have a payment over $400 dollars. They brought a brand new Soul around for me to drive when I got in the front seat didnt feel as comfortable as the used one. This is where it went downhill. I asked for my keys to my old car back and apparently this is the ploy to keep you at the dealership. Melinda said to give her a minute and when she came back, she had a better deal for me but it was still over $400. By the way, she still didnt have my keys, and at this point I was feeling like I was being held "HOSTAGE". I demanded my keys back then and once again I stood waiting for my keys. This time Melinda came back with my keys but also with the best Deal yet!!! I turned it down because by this point I was feeling like a second class citizen because Melinda was pushing for a sale! She asked my friend if she would co-sign for me!!!! She didnt even ask me if I would consider having someone sign with me!!! I am giving this review because there is NOT A WORSE FEELING than being held "HOSTAGE"!This is shady practices in my opinion. Melinda was very nice but is being led down the wrong path in how to treat people!!!!! More
