Great experience! Went in with an objective just to compare cars and prices (I already had gone to Greenway Ford and had a quote for another vehicle) but as soon as I meet Jim, he let me know that I wa compare cars and prices (I already had gone to Greenway Ford and had a quote for another vehicle) but as soon as I meet Jim, he let me know that I was not leaving the dealership without a vehicle and he was RIGHT!!!! I was upside down on my car and Jim and your Management Team were able to provide a deal that I could not resist. I was able to trade in my 2007 Jeep Compass that had been purchased from Greenway Ford 4 years ago, and drove away with a 2012 Kia Sorento. Jim was able to work out a comfortable contract for me with a payment that fits my budget. Your dealership offered me more for my Trade-in and provided me with more incentives than what Greenway was offering and in the long run I drove away with a better vehicle. Great customer service and I have already spoken to several of my fellow co-workers and friends about Orlando Kia East and Jim. They have been HIGHLY recommended!!!!!!! More

Alex was great! Very friendly and worked with me to get the best price. He was not pushy and did not haggle back and forth but got me in the car I wanted for the price I wanted. My husband and I visited the new dealership on Sunday Jan.29,2012 to look at the Kia Sorento as we have never owned a Kia before and were considering one as to the warranty that they come with. Eddie was the salesperson that greeted us with a smile and helped us in making our decision to purchase one. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and able to answer the questions we had.He also introduced us to the service writer Chad, who was very pleasant also and answered questions on the service of the car for us. We put a down payment on the car that day and went back on Monday Jan.30,2012 to pick up the car. We had a cashiers check made out for the purchase of car and before we signed all the papers was told about what the 100,000 mile waqrraqnty did and did not cover. We were told at that time as to how much extra we would have to pay if we wanted all things covered under the 100,00 mile warranty. I was shocked at that point! I would suggest that that should be brought up when a customer is negotiating the price of the car so that they would know as to how much more money they would have to spend to have it covered for 10 years or the 100,000 miles. My husband and I were both under the impression on Sunday when we agreed to buy the car that more things were covered under the 100,000 mile warranty. Linda & Richard Cromlish More
