My experience at Orlando Kia East was not up to par. My experience at Orlando Kia East was not up to par. Due to this being a brand new building, their system and equipment (i.e. fax machines) were not My experience at Orlando Kia East was not up to par. Due to this being a brand new building, their system and equipment (i.e. fax machines) were not working appropriately. It caused the whole process to be prolonged. Also, the sales employees were unaware of a lot of questions/concerns and processes. Lastly, every individual I spoke to said something different, which caused the selling price to continue to increase from the original deal that was printed out. Things need to be said upfront and all the documentation that is needed prior to selling the car needs to be given to the buyer before hand so they are prepared. Although, all the employees were friendly and somewhat helpful it wasn't a great experience for a first time buyer. More
