I was reviewing several to purchase and flying back from business trip and saw the Optima in the Sky magizine on plane. So I thought I would go look at it test drive and go from there. Hatim my salesperson was excellent with me and we drove several cars and there was no pressure to purchase the car and at the end I was able to get the Optima-GT turbo fully loaded with additional extra's that I requested and I left the dealship that evening knowning I had made the right choice. Being is sales myself I like the approach this dealership had no pressure and I even ran into a client of mine who indicated this was her third vehicle she is purchasing from this Kia dealership and she would not go anywhere else. They are very concerned about how the vehicle is performing as it should and making sure that all of my concerns and service issues are satisfied. I had a few little warranty issues to begin with that were taken care of quickly and all service work since has been routine. The wife and I love our Kia's and when they wear out would not hesitate to buy other Kia's from Orlando Kia West. They really do stand behind their product!!! More
