I had a special parts order. I scheduled an 8:00am appointment for a Friday to take care of this. I dropped my car off Thursday night to ensure my car would be seen. I had to reach out to them, around 11:45am and they claimed they “missed” my vehicle that was parked right out front of the service area. They delayed my repair. The service was not taken care of. I had to pick my car up on a Saturday, used multiple Ubers in the mean time which cost me more money. They ultimately did not have “TIME” to diagnose my car and fix it correctly. The refunded me, which is nice, however they wasted my time and did not fix the issue. I will NEVER take my car back to this dealership. More
