Their Service Department is not knowledgeable. I brought in my car just for an oil change. While I had it in there, I asked them about a FOB that my better half had. When she approached the vehicle I brought in my car just for an oil change. While I had it in there, I asked them about a FOB that my better half had. When she approached the vehicle after leaving it overnight, the vehicle did not recognize the FOB. The service department greeter knew nothing about what the problem was, I talked with the guy in the parts department and was told that it could be the battery going out. I replaced it and it is working well now. I also had a coupon for an oil change and the service people refused to honor it even though there was no expiration on it. They claimed that the "contract" had an expiration date on it but refused to produced it. Plus this same person kept calling me "BOSS" instead of Mr. or Sir. They have absolutely no respect for their customers. I walked out on them and will never be back!!!!! More

Once they get your money they treat you like crap. I had problems with my sensors when I first purchased the vehicle. The district manager and the manager of coarse blamed it on me and not their product district manager even said well you should’ve known about this before you bought your car to Highwood I know about a sensor problem before I bought the car. Now here I am 30,000 miles later and I’m still having sensor problem. I gave them a bad review before and nothing has changed. I came in on Saturday to get an oil change and they close at 2 o’clock. What type Service department closes at 2 o’clock on a Saturday. So now I have to take off work to get my oil changed. I purchased a maintenance agreement which basically pays nothing’s but added about 150. Dollars to my monthly payment. I tried to talk to the owner he’s Conveniently out of the country all the time. I try to talk to the finance manager always with the customer could never return the call back. So stay away do you have to buy a Kia go somewhere else.Giving them one star is giving them too much credit. Back again at my least favorite place for my last free oil change, they made a point of informing me that this is the last one, again service personnel very extremely rude. I was informed that I had for recalls, however, I only received one notice in the mail. Then I was informed it would take all day just to do the recalls. However I’m here for a 20 minute oil change that’s gonna take an hour and a half. Stay away from this dealership! !!!!!!!! More

But after buying my Kia I was told that during the warrenty it’s always a smart idea to take it to the dealership so they are able to track the services done. When finding the Kia dealership of East Orlando and making my appointment for a routine service, this dealership serviced me right away, was very clean, and had great customer service.
