The person that do the paperwork for service department didn’t say Good Morning, because was morning. He just tried to push me to do a lot of maintenance services with out looking at the car first. I went there for an oil change, when they finish after more than 2 hours they didn’t update the car . So I don’t know if they did the oil change or not. When I called to the dealership same they afternoon the lady told me that “ you can update your car “ . What?? More

I had a 7:30 appt for an oil change, nothing else. I was there by 7:20, it took 2 hrs for this...I don't understand that. The level of customer engagement was very poor. Appointment time was for 9am. They told me it would be about 1 1/2 hours. Which I thought was a bit long to replace a battery but I waited. They came out in 1 hour and 37 minutes They told me it would be about 1 1/2 hours. Which I thought was a bit long to replace a battery but I waited. Service was as described buy I was not happy with the time frame. I thought my car would be in and out within a half hour. No problem just my time wasted. More

I brought my Kia Soul in for the moon roof not working and outside the warranty about a month. They took it apart , cleaned the railings and lubed it.
