I scheduled basic maintenance—an oil change and tire rotation—at Greenway Kia as an on-site wait appointment, only to be told upon arrival that it would take 3 to 4 hours. Having managed service departments, springing that kind of backlog on a scheduled customer is unacceptable. Communication was nonexistent. The promised text updates never came; my wife had to call to find out the car was ready, and the automated "done" text pinged after we were already home. To cap it off, they called the next day asking to book the exact service they had just completed. Between the internal disorganization and an equally underwhelming sales experience, I cannot recommend them. More

Brought Kia in for a full service along with a couple recalls. All staff members were super friendly. Our advisor was Jennifer McClung and she handled everything. We were kept updated throughout and wer recalls. All staff members were super friendly. Our advisor was Jennifer McClung and she handled everything. We were kept updated throughout and were super polite the whole visit. We didn't have to call and check on anything myself which is rare, everything got done right and on time. The only place we’ll take our Kia for service! Highly recommended!!! More
