I have been going to the service center for a while since I'm reaching the 100K mark. Due to the nature of the service center, I get a different advisor each visit, which is not really an issue. On a previou I'm reaching the 100K mark. Due to the nature of the service center, I get a different advisor each visit, which is not really an issue. On a previous visit, Francisco greeted me and asked about the car. I had worked with him earlier when having the brakes done. He wanted me to know that he was taking an active interest/role in my current recall notice. While I worked with another a advisor this last time, it was ultimately Francisco who sat down with me to discuss the matter. I left feeling I had a better grasp on the situation and options open to me. I hope to continue to work with Francisco thru this issue no matter what decision I ultimately make. More
