It was an unpleasant waste of time at Greenway Kia North. We were initially working with Tyler who had the correct, professional approach to dealing with customers. He allowed us to browse a bit and then checked back intermittently. However, Mr. Gemoi E. inserted himself in the deal and was the direct opposite of this. He would not leave us alone. We told him we were working with Tyler, but he brushed over that, opened his book of “Car Dealer Tricks” and proceeded with the deceptive practice of showing us a bunch of higher priced cars we never came for. We were looking for a car for our teen daughter and were clear that we only wanted to spend $15000 out the door. Not only did Mr. E “misquote” the price of the car we were interested by $2000, even though the price was online, he also gave us a write up that included a LUX CARE fee of $2495 that he claimed was because the car was Certified- Pre-owned (UNTRUE) and then tried to disguise the loyalty discount as a penalty ($995) for not buying from Greenway Kia North! I owned a Kia until approximately a year ago, so I knew that was simply a bold-faced lie. They would rather have cars sit on their lot for months than to offer honest service. This was nothing but a sideshow, with Greenway Kia North dangling the low prices to get you in the door, only to make the prices disappear like a rabbit in a magician’s hat. They are full of smoke and mirrors, hoping you won’t discover their sleight-of-hand tricks. They put on the worst illusionist act you will ever endure. Better just to skip this awful performance all together. There are better shows in town! More
Worst dealership ever. DONT BIY AT THIS KIA DEALERSHIP! I needed a new battery after 59 days of my purchase. I have the KIA warranty and purchased the $3000.00 gold extra warranty bumper to bumper and 90 d I needed a new battery after 59 days of my purchase. I have the KIA warranty and purchased the $3000.00 gold extra warranty bumper to bumper and 90 days. Their service department wanted $455,00 for a new battery after my KIA Sorrento was towed there. I had it towed out of there and went to Costco for a new battery ($169.99) . They just lost my business forever and my friends and family business. I will go to another KIA dealership in the Orlando area for all my service and warranty work for the next ten years. . They cant even stand buy there sales for 59 days with everything they sold me totaling over $30K. FIND ANOTHER DEALERSHIP THAT IS WORTHY OF YOUR MONEY AND BUSINESS!!! More
Do NOT get service done or purchase a car from this dealership. I came in to trade in my Vehicle for a Kia Sorento because I needed a bigger car and I wanted a 360 camera and I let them know I was on a dealership. The seller let me know that they price their cars 10000$ over MSRP. So the Sorento at that point was way out of my price range. Instead they offered me the Kia sportage 2023 x pro prestige after showing me other cars that had the 360 camera but they had 60k plus miles . I eventually got them to take the car price to 39000 reluctantly because it just doesn't make sence that they are technically getting my 2022 Kia soul Turbo with basically no damage and only 12000miles for free.(owed 17000 on this car) kelly blue book price is (24-26) Kia said they offer up to 10000$ over that. But gave me 29000in the end ( they said my car was worth only 20k ) But since they mark up the car 10000 anyways it just cancels eachother out. I was there from 5- to 8pm and couldn't get the car because they said the sportage just got there and needed to be inspected. That was Friday. My seller Brittani told me I would most likely get the car Saturday. I texted her first thing on Saturday and she told me that the people that inspect the cars weren't in. On Monday she said she was sick. On Tuesday I went in at 630pm and waited a long time again at this point she just let me take the car because she said they were have system issues. While I had the car Britanni texted me saying that I would be getting a discount on the vehicle. I was excited since they are Already over pricing the vehicle. I came in on the friday around noon she showed me the "discount" and the price of the vehicle actually went up . I looked at the the old and new paper that showed the pricing. They took 1000$ from the trade in amount that we agreed on. And moved it to the rebate section because the kia sportage turned out to be a lemon. I told them that all they did was move numbers around and called it a discount. And they told me "well we won't make money if we don't sell it at this price". I told them that wasn't a discount. And basically we were just talking in circles. I then remembered that morning that I did get an email from them saying they would refund me for my recent service I got with them. I ask them about it . They tried to say it was just an advertisement. Ultimately they did say they would give me back 330 in a check. I have not received that as of today. I went to the finance guy I believe his name is Kevin. And he added an additional 3300$ for a warranty that he was trying to convince me he told me about. Now it will take 4-6 weeks for him to cancel. At the end of all this I finance a total of 40500$ for a car worth 39760$ so they basically stole the difference of my trade in amount . also I gave a 2000$ deposit so really it's 42500 I paid. At a 7.99 interest rate. Also didn't leave until 5pm on this day. Please go somewhere else this place is not trying to help you they are just stealing money from average people trying to get by. I wish I had just traded in my car at carmax and stopped doing business with KIA. Also don't get your service done here either everytime I end up waiting the whole day. More

I did not anticipate enjoying the purchasing process, but Sales Consultants Lorenzo Cortez and Coty made our buying experience so positive. They were friendly, very knowledgeable, professional, polite, answered all my questions, very helpful, and attentive to our needs. I can say Lorenzo and Coty went above and beyond, but most importantly I felt they were trustworthy. After doing my own homework and research I felt we got a great deal, and we walk out of there with a new 2023 Kia Sportage. My family and I have plans to do future business with Kia North dealership in Longwood. A BIG thank you again to Lorenzo and Coty, we truly appreciated their honesty and willingness to get us the best deal.
