In my case it was a broken plastic exterior door handle which was obviously broken. They apply the fee to the repair but this means the least amount you will be charged is $270 even if it would be considerably less to repair. If I would have asked them to check out another issue, big or small, it would have been an additional $270, minimum or a third issue an additional $270 regardless of what the price would be to fix it. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE RIPOFF. I am investigating their other dealerships to see if they have the same policy and they do, I will be rating each of of their Ford, Chrysler, Jeep, and any other dealer affiliates with Greenway in the same manner. Truly a disgusting practice. More

Made an appointment to see a vehicle I let them know I was driving 2 hours to get there. When I got there they told me they didn’t have the car. But instead of calling me to let me know they let me drive was driving 2 hours to get there. When I got there they told me they didn’t have the car. The deal we agreed upon included services they then charged to us. They charged us MORE than the agreed upon price for the vehicle. We had issues as soon as we took it on the highway. They agreed to service it. The service team said 'it' a tire issue'. We brought it to another mechanic to find out there's multiple things needing to be done on the vehicle. We've since called 3 times and texted our service manager that made the deal with us with NO response. Finance didn't pay off one of our vehicles. I have never experiences such a nightmare at a dealership. DO NOT go here. Save yourself the headache. More
