At 8:30 on a Tuesday morning the place was packed. I counted 15 customers sitting. I chatted with another customer who was ahead of me and here for her final 'free' oil change only it wasn't free. It I counted 15 customers sitting. I chatted with another customer who was ahead of me and here for her final 'free' oil change only it wasn't free. It was $120. I was there on an ignition recall for my Soul. She was still waiting when I left 3 hrs later. Shameful! All the employees I met were pleasant and polite. More

I went in for an oil change at 7:45am as scheduled. No one touched my car until 9:15am. At 10am I got my new car back with grease on the rear door. There was also a chip in the paint. Today he told me to come back Tuesday when the painter is there. He said it might take all day. I asked for a loaner car. He said they don't do that. That dealership is the worst experience of my life! I will NEVER go back again!!!! EVER!! More
