Worse buying experience ive ever had, should have walked out first did an online credit application, told i was approved, i told them i was trading in a 2014 Sorento for a new 2018 Sorento and did thier trade in first did an online credit application, told i was approved, i told them i was trading in a 2014 Sorento for a new 2018 Sorento and did thier trade in value, Also told them where i wanted my payments to be at. After arriving at dealership took vehicle out for test drive, it had over 3000 miles on it and found damage to back lid. I asked for another one same options he brought me one which i walked around but did not drive. Then they started asking me my personnal information which i said i already did a credit report which they said did not carry over, Well after over 4 hours of waiting there they tried to have me agree to way over monthly payments then i told them i wanted. So back and forth several times to get payment down. Then when i said forget it, they said should we send to banks for approval>> WHAT they made up their own payments/>> Then finance dept added a extended warranty i did not ask for,, When i left this vehicle also had over 3500 miles on it. also found small dent in back lid, Was told its a demo after i bought it. Are ALL their vehicles demos and damaged?? BE CAREFUL what u buy and watch Finance Dept More

I am always treated very courteously. I really don't like having to wait for my car to be serviced but this dealership makes it less of a hassle. Very thoughtful and courteous rep! I was greeted by Joe Del Buono`who gave me his personal cell phone number so that I could keep in touch with him directly. He called throughout the da I was greeted by Joe Del Buono`who gave me his personal cell phone number so that I could keep in touch with him directly. He called throughout the day to keep me up to date with the progress. They checked out my New Kia Purchase thoroughly while doing the 30,000.00 mile service inspection package and Joe let me know that I did get a great vehicle. They found a few minor issues that just had to do with ethanol build-up and leaves in the cabin air filter. He let me know that my AC issue was being recorded and that I could video the issue the next time it happened, IF it happened, as they could not duplicate the issue I was having. He made me feel reassured that it would be fixed if it still existed. He was professional yet personable with empathy. He is a Great Representative for Kia Motors! Sincerely, Cindy Brooks More

Great experience. I had to negotiate quite a bit to get the payments where I wanted but eventually got there. Dave Morey was a great salesperson and really fought to ge I had to negotiate quite a bit to get the payments where I wanted but eventually got there. Dave Morey was a great salesperson and really fought to get me the best deal. He spent quite a bit of time going over all of the features. After the sale I am dealing with an issue on the car. Dave is handling the situation himself when I feel most sales people would have just turned me over to the service dept. If you're looking for a vehicle here ask for Dave. More
GREAT AND ON TIME MY APPOINTMENT WAS FOR JULY 28 AT 8AM BUT I FOUND OUT AT THE LAST MINUTE I WOULD HAVE TO WORK THAT DAY SO WHEN I CALLED THEY ADVISE ME TO BRING IT IN MY APPOINTMENT WAS FOR JULY 28 AT 8AM BUT I FOUND OUT AT THE LAST MINUTE I WOULD HAVE TO WORK THAT DAY SO WHEN I CALLED THEY ADVISE ME TO BRING IT IN THE DAY BEFORE BY 4PM AND THEY WOULD FIT ME IN. WHEN I GOT THERE I WAS A LITTLE PAST 4PM BUT THAT WAS NO PROBLEM THE TECH GOT MY CAR STARTED AND TOLD ME IT WOULD BE ABOUT 2 HOURS FOR MY 15000 MILE CHECKUP BUT IN LESS THAN THAT TIME THEY HEAD ME ALL FINISH AND MY CAR CLEANED AND READY TOGO. Excellent I came into to this lot shortly after my vehicle was stolen for an idea of what may be my next vehicle. My sales person was not quite understanding of the situation and wait process I had to go through. This being my first time going through this particular situation I did not want to jump into something that I would regret later but I did want an idea ahead of time. When I was able to return with a better outlook, I spoke to JC and asked for another sales person to handle my needs. Immediately Victor reached out and listened to what I needed from the start. He explained everything in full detail that made sense and made things so much easier to make my finally decision. I appreciate the patience and understanding rather then the rush and push just for a sale. Thank you all for guidance in making what once was a nightmare now a happier moment for me. More
