Lady Luck was with me! I was bringing in my 2013 KIA Sportage for routine maintenance; there were no outstanding issues of concern. As I was waiting in line to have the car I was bringing in my 2013 KIA Sportage for routine maintenance; there were no outstanding issues of concern. As I was waiting in line to have the car written up in the service bay, the battery died! Talk about timing. No problem--I went in for a cup of coffee and the car was moved into the service bay, the appointment proceeding as usual with the addition of a new battery. Although it is a 45-minute drive from my home, I choose the Orlando North KIA facility for service; it is also where I bought the car. I have consistently enjoyed good service and continuity of care. KIA seems committed to retention of its clients, including the creature comforts and work space provided for those of us who wait for our cars. More
