They gave me a fair price on the car but they were the worst to deal with. It took hours of negotiating to get to the fair price and it was still $1k more than their listed online price. Overall, good car, minus the tires, but poor experience and interactions with the sales rep and the sales manager was even worse. More

The rep AJ was great but the overall process to purchase a vehicle was outrageous. We spent a total of 12 hours at the dealership, most of the time just waiting. I ended up going to the car lot 3X times and waiting over 2 hrs each time. As stated the floor men and women are great, polite & kind. It's just the big bosses that take their precious time sealing a deal. Maybe next time if I decide to purchase from them again the process will go smoother & quicker. I spent a day and half on this deal. My time is just as important as theirs. Needless, to say we finally got the paperwork straight and signed on the 3rd day. More

They didn’t really care much for anything but filling their own pockets so they added in extra fees to suit their needs.
