Horrible humiliated I have never in my life been so humiliated and disappointed in this dealership! They got me through the door saying they have banks that give second c I have never in my life been so humiliated and disappointed in this dealership! They got me through the door saying they have banks that give second chances. Once I get the they show me a Mitsubishi Lancer 2017 saying that’s all I quiified for and me I was excited with my credit score and all. Once we start talking about numbers @18% that care would have cost me over 25,000 for 6 yrs. There goes one disappointment so we told the sales man we wanted something cheaper something different after all and all they went ahead ran my credit 13xs. After everything was done they ended up showing me a 2015 Kia Soul they stated they can hold a check for 30days and I can take it home not saying that they can not take as they say starter checks and that’s what I had. I don’t do checks I always buy cash or use debit so I went to my bank and got a check. After a couple of day they stated they couldn’t stay with that check and the bank fell through so I needed to come up with 500 at least. I advise them i couldn’t till the seventh they asked me to borrow it I have no family here and would never ask anyone to borrow money especially after my dad passed and they paid 10,000. Long and behold they came and took the car from my drive way! All they said was by the manager Curtis I’m sorry we can try out best and get you another car. I was humiliated and embarrassed if front of my kids watching them take mommy’s car! I will never go to this dealer again they are the worse at making deals and very disorganized no type of communication within employees! I wanted to cry! More

worse dealer for service orlando kia norh is the worse dealer to go for service...if you need to service your car please do your self a favor and go to #Deland Kia# they have orlando kia norh is the worse dealer to go for service...if you need to service your car please do your self a favor and go to #Deland Kia# they have the best service they are respectful to them cosmumers...i was there saturday because my car have recall on it..and they give me appoinment for Thursday at 12 pm...they told me the car will not take more the 2 or 3 hours to be done..i was waiting for them to call me but they never did i had to go there at 6 pm and they told me the service is close by 6 pm..They didnt want to give me any information on my car all they was saying there is nothing we can do i dont have any other car i stayed without car and lost a day from my work because of#orlando kia north#my friend give me a ride to home that night and i forget also my house keys was on the car key as well i went back and asked them i cant get into my house i need my house keys at least find a away to give me my house keys but the guy call him self a manager telling me there is nothing he cant do..why do you even call your self a manager if you cant have access to service shop..so today i called again and asked about my car and yet noone wanted to give me information on my car..i called 1 hour later again and he car still not ready and they told me to come pick it up without fixing the car...
