The service department checked the car for the "recall" defect and all was well, did an oil change, and gave me fixed my little boo-boo I had. They also accepted the 10% maintenance fee and free car wash coupon I had. The whole team really is awesome, from the time you arrive, pay your bill and drive off in your freshly washed car. More

My experience from beginning to end was exceptional. I arrive at Orlando Kia North on Sunday following News yrs. in a taxi. My car had seized up due to catistrofic engine failure on New Yrs eve at 10 pm I arrive at Orlando Kia North on Sunday following News yrs. in a taxi. I called prior and spoke to Noel who told me what was on the lot ad an option.Noel greeted me outside with a friendly hand shake we sat and spoke briefly than he patiently and kindly showed me cars until I found the one I drove out with. He kept me on task and budget, Programed my phone with the cars hands free system ,made Sure I understood. Than let me fly like a mother bird.
