So So I brought my Kia Soul Exclaim in for a 15000mi service on 11/13/15. I had a coupon which had been mailed to my home by the dealership. The coupon was I brought my Kia Soul Exclaim in for a 15000mi service on 11/13/15. I had a coupon which had been mailed to my home by the dealership. The coupon was for $25 off for spending $175 or $50 off for spending $250, etc. for any service. The bill was $288.18 before the coupon and I was given only a $25 discount. I also have a maintenance booklet for which I paid $425 when I purchased the car. When I presented the maintenance voucher along with the coupon, I was given a bit of a run around about using 2 coupons for the service, even though the voucher was something I had paid for. The service rep also tried to tell me that I was "supposed" to use a $20 off maintenance voucher from my booklet, but he relented and let me use the coupon that had been mailed to me. My maintenance voucher gave me only an additional $20 discount, which when you do the math (4 x $20 x 3 years) is $240...I think I am getting screwed a bit here. Oh well, live and learn. More

2015 Kia soul So what turned into a oil change to buying a car when well I was going in to get my oil change and I wanted to ask Mohamed sayah to see what my option So what turned into a oil change to buying a car when well I was going in to get my oil change and I wanted to ask Mohamed sayah to see what my options were to refinance and he said I can buy a new car and finance what I already had which I wasn't to thrilled about but I told him to see if that was possible and it turns out I could afford it and I didn't need a cosigner so I went alone and Mohamed sayah told me I can come back and get my head lights and ground effects back when I get my tools so that also inspired me to get a new car and I'm very happy with it I've owned souls since they first came out in 2009 and I don't think I would want something else so I very satisfied More

From the moment I stopped by to look at a vehicle they had on the lot, to the moment I drove away these guys were so friendly and helpful that I though something was amiss. I spoke to Mr. Tim Gordon and after a very professional greeting I told him what I was looking for, he was more than happy to assist me and my wife find the exact vehicle that we where looking for. We went in on a Wednesday afternoon looking for a mini van that we could afford and told Mr. Tim that we couldn't go over budget, he told us that he didn't have anything on the lot but that he would find what we where looking for, so we left thinking "ok, we'll see about it". To our surprise Tim called us the next day telling us that he had found TWO vehicles that would work with our budget. The next day after that he called saying that the vans where at the lot and that he would wait for us that evening. When we got there Friday evening he had the vans parked next to each other right in front is the dealer, we met him outside once again he looked legitimately happy to see us, was VERY professional, grabbed a tag and we went for test drives, when we got back we chose one, went inside and like clockwork they got a deal done for us without asking for ANYTHING extra and doing EVERYTHING in their power to get us to the payment we wanted. Everyone involved was just as professional thru out the whole process. We are extremely satisfied with Orlado Kia North and with the way they run their business, other dealers need to come to this place to take note on how a car dealer should be ran. Thank you Tim!
