I loved Domingo!! Domingo was an amazing salesman, my family and I really enjoyed our experience with him. If I had to give you a rating just based off of him it would Domingo was an amazing salesman, my family and I really enjoyed our experience with him. If I had to give you a rating just based off of him it would be a five. Your finance person, Sammy, was not friendly at all. When we sat done with him, he had changed the interest rate and the payment amount on our contract. I refused to sign it. He was agitated because I would not sign then he went on to say that he just giving us the bank approved amounts. After explaining that Domingo and his manager told me a different rate and amount he said that they were not the bank. I left out of his office and went back to the manager to explain what was going on. I told him that I was ready to just say forget the whole deal because of his finance person. He then called and spoke to Sammy. At that point Sammy changed our rate to what had been predissused. He then said I'll show the rate with gap insurance. At that point my husband and I were so frustrated that we just said ok and signed the paperwork so that we could get out of his office. More
