Excellent I came into to this lot shortly after my vehicle was stolen for an idea of what may be my next vehicle. My sales person was not quite understanding of the situation and wait process I had to go through. This being my first time going through this particular situation I did not want to jump into something that I would regret later but I did want an idea ahead of time. When I was able to return with a better outlook, I spoke to JC and asked for another sales person to handle my needs. Immediately Victor reached out and listened to what I needed from the start. He explained everything in full detail that made sense and made things so much easier to make my finally decision. I appreciate the patience and understanding rather then the rush and push just for a sale. Thank you all for guidance in making what once was a nightmare now a happier moment for me. More
