The 2013 Kia Soul I purchased today is the first new car I've ever owned and I'm absolutely in love with it. I walked into the dealership expecting to just look at a few cars I had seen listed online, and Jimmy walked right up to me and greeted me with a smile. I explained to him that I wanted to see some used cars and I gave him the budget I had. He immediately showed me to the cars I had seen online and was quick to point out the key attributes to each one and was extremely personable in doing so. Not once did I feel like he was trying to sell me on something, as he made me feel as if he were looking after my needs more so than just trying to sell me the most expensive car on the lot. He showed me the Kia Soul, and explained to me that though it got slightly less gas mileage than the Fortes and Rios I was looking at, it would be much safer for my young daughter in the backseat. It also has much more room to house her car seat, along with cargo room. Jimmy was so sweet, and made sure that my experience in shopping for a car was more than pleasant. He went the extra mile and then some, and I will be raving about my excellent experience buying a car from him at Orlando Kia North. I walked into the dealership not wanting to buy a car right off the bat, and Jimmy's customer service caused me to decide to buy within the hour. I can't wait to send my boyfriend, who is also in need of a car, to buy from him as well. More
