The dealership, Orlando Kia North had all the cars on the lot, in the colors. So I was able to look at the one I wanted. The Optima Lx with the convenience package was perfect for me. I was not really sure about which car I want so Essam was kind and patient enough to show me all the models and the features the cars have. I was really impressed by how nice Kia cars are. I test drove some of them and and I ended up liking the 2014 Forte. it is a really nice car with some features that you can't find in other cars like Toyota or Nissan. I also loved how it drives. I was worried that I do not get approved because I don't have a good credit but thankfully they got me approved and I got the car that I loved for a really good payment. overall I am so happy that I went there and got the car. it was a great dealership and Essam was a really nice honest person. I love my new Kia! More

I went to Deland Kia first looking for the best deal I could get, I told the general mgr I would not be back so give me the best price you have. So he did. Our sales man (Foster) was not friendly at all could get, I told the general mgr I would not be back so give me the best price you have. So he did. Our sales man (Foster) was not friendly at all, I did not like him from the start, but my husband wanted to stay & see what kind of a deal we could get. I asked Foster about the mileage kick back that the 2011 or 12 Kia was getting is still going on. But before I could even finish asking the question he jumped in stated the government was at fault not Kia. Then when at his desk he went on telling us about him being shot down three (3) times in the war & on & on..... He was full of BS... There is no way I could do business with this man..... We left Deland Kia & went on to Longwood Kia where we was met with a wonderful sales man Tim. I can not say enough about this man. He was wonderful, delightful, funny, & willing to do what it took to sell us a car. And so he did, Tim took us out to the car & went over everything on the operations of the vehicle & Dash. I have been buying cars for 40 years & he is the first to do this with us. He wanted to make sure we new & understood the operation. If you are going to buy a new Kia I suggest you go to Longwood Kia & ask for Tim..... They are going to do what it take to get your business & they have a wonderful & caring staff. More
