Unprepared/Bait and Switch I have never been treated so badly by a car dealership. They were totally unprepared and unprofessional; these are the kind of people that give car s I have never been treated so badly by a car dealership. They were totally unprepared and unprofessional; these are the kind of people that give car salesmen a bad name. After speaking with the internet consultant for most of the week, I had a verified appointment to look at the one used vehicle I was interested in. When I got to the dealership, I was turned over to a salesman. We went to test drive the car I was interested in; it wouldn't start. It also had trash in it. No one had bothered to look at the vehicle or get it ready for my appointment. Under the impression that they were installing a new battery, I stuck around. The salesman spent the next hour or so trying to sell me vehicles that I wasn't interested in and were out of my price range. I was very clear on my desires, which were totally ignored. I finally asked when I could drive the car I had the appointment to see, I was told that it wasn't being fixed and they didn't know when it would be. I totally wasted my time and, although I am still interested in that vehicle, don't want to do business with these people. More
