I came in to purchase a brand new 2012 Kia Soul. I spent time with Eddie Albasha to find a car I fell in love with. While Eddie was helpful he didn't seem to know as much about the car as other salesmen I h time with Eddie Albasha to find a car I fell in love with. While Eddie was helpful he didn't seem to know as much about the car as other salesmen I had talked about. He didn't show me the interior light package or the back up camera on the car. Even aside from this I wanted the car! We spoke with the sales manager who was working the numbers for us. During the conversation with him (Terri) he was in a fight with his wife right in front of us. After getting over the awkward feeling that caused we were told that with my credit (almost a 600) and my cosigner (who has A+ credit) we would have a 9.94% interest. We worked out our down payment and monthly payment and everything was agreeable. Unfortunately, the "banks weren't open" and my cosginer wasn't available that day. But because she has perfect credit they told me there would be no issues and let me take the car home. The next day when we came in to sign the papers they presented us with a 13.6% interest rate! This changed the monthly payments over $60 a month and the finance team was UNWILLING to do anything to make the payments work. They didn't want me on the loan to begin with because of my less than perfect credit. We had $4,000 down and a cosigner with perfect credit and they outright refused to help us. So after taking the car home and being promised that everything would work I was forced to return the car yesterday because the dealership refused to help us in any way. I would NEVER suggest this dealership to anyone. Unless you have perfect credit or are willing to pay astronomical amounts for a base model car then I suggest you go elsewhere! More

My father ,John Ross ,is 93 ,a highly decorated WWII pilot, use to getting his way and very difficult to deal with.Keith was very patient and extremely understanding and thoughtful in helping Dad to fin pilot, use to getting his way and very difficult to deal with.Keith was very patient and extremely understanding and thoughtful in helping Dad to find and purchase his new KIA.At the closing , Keith worked extremely hard to make Dad feel comfortable with the purchase and went over the car with him very throughly. Keith is a no pressure sales person, while at the same time, enthusiastic about helping us get into a vehicle. This is just what I needed. Instantly when I got out of my car I was greeted by Keith Dykes. Everyone was friendly. They stayed open late so I could sign all the paperwork and made sure I could leave with my car that day. They gave me an over reasonable price for my trade in. They made sure I was satisfied with the pricing and payments. They answered all my questions and concerns. They called all over to find someone who would approve me for a loan. Unfortunately, I could not afford a brand new car but I told Keith Dykes exactly what I wanted and he found me my perfect car!!!!! More
