I was shopping many dealerships online and Barbara was the 1st one to respond to my questions. She took the time to answer all my questions and when she did not have an answer to one of my questions she s the 1st one to respond to my questions. I was not expecting a call back since that is what I hade experienced with other dealerships online but she called me back in less than an hour. I was more than impressed. My wife and I are in the middle of purchasing a home so we are just at the research stage but at this point our research is done. We will be returning to this dealership to buy before the end of the year because of Barbara. This is an A+ dealership with A+ customer service. I had a Kia Sportage that was 4 years old with over 89,000 miles. This vehicle was cosigned by a friend of mine and I felt like it was time to purchase a vehicle on my own. I still owed quite a bit of money on the trade and knew that I was going to have to eat some of that cost. Because I had purchased my son-in-law a Honda in Jan of this year, I was turned down my many lenders due to my credit score being not what it was because of debt. I was so impressed how Kia gave me "straight" talk about where I was and what exactly they could do. They got me approved for a beautiful 2011 Kia Sportage and even though the payment is not where I want it to be, they got it to a amount I am satisfied with and could afford. Their customer service is above all others and their personal concern is compared to none. More

Not only was the representive Jeff that we dealt with very accomadating as mom could not afford the orginal car. Jeff went above and beyond to get mom a car she liked and could afford. The finacne guy sorry dont have his name handy also made us at ease when doing the financial side of it I would highly recommend this dealer and I am hoping in Feb. (after income tax time)I may be looking for a new vechicle my self so I will keep longwood kia in mind unless I need a truch then sorry have to go with Ford or Dodge More

This dealership went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase, both in price and in the vehicle purchased. The two showed me how to work all of the features of the car, including setting up my Bluetooth with my phone. Earl even got his own vehicle cell phone charger to do so, because my cell phone was dead. Joe stayed with me the whole time, to include the paperwork signing for financing and tag and title. Something he did not have to do, but did as a courtesy to me. Joe was very personable and we were able to talk about more than the vehicle I was buying from him. This pair was so good, they were able to completely satisfy me as a customer and I even upgraded the vehicle I was looking for. I went into the dealership looking for a used Sorento, with specific requirements. I walked away with a brand new 2011 Sorento that far exceeded my expectation, for less than I had found a used Sorento for. I will recommend this dealership and this pair of salesmen to anyone in the area and I will be back next time I go to buy a vehicle. The entire experience was pleasant and I walked away knowing that I got exactly what I wanted. Please know that I would work with Joe and Earl again in a heart beat. More
