I’m extremely unhappy in the dealership’s presentation itself. While I know they have a fee facility coming they really let this one go into the ground with so much deferred maintenance. My service advisor was great in his communication and meeting the promised timeframe but the cashier staff and other folks felt as if they couldn’t be bothered. It really annoyed me that they charge a random $5 surcharge for shop supplies. Those are part of your cost of doing business and incredibly tacky in my opinion. I will not go back to this dealership as I felt nickeled and dimed and not valued. I also sense there isn’t a sense of price in this location considering how rundown it is. It’s a shame that they have the Kia flag on their location. More
