This was my 3rd time here and each time has been unacceptable an oil change and tire rotation takes 2.5 hours are you kidding me??? The explanation why 2.5 hours because they had cars just show up for work to be done that’s why I scheduled an appointment so when I show up 15 minutes early anyone who just shows up has to wait till I’m done not the other way around, very disappointing service department. Jennifer was very attentive to me and explained everything I told her to the mechanic who worked on my car. At first they couldn't find what was wrong but after being so persistant they did.
