I was disappointed with the cost of service. Axle 4000 dollars seems should be under warranty spark plugs 1200. Great customer service by Luis Rolon who greeted me and explained everything he was going to do for my car. He kept me informed of how the service area was doing and also gave me information on what would explained everything he was going to do for my car. Jennifer did a great job of helping me sort thru Kia recommendations for service. I was surprised by the subsequent text messages requesting approval but they were helpful, just was not warned about the recommendations for service. I was surprised by the subsequent text messages requesting approval but they were helpful, just was not warned about them. Service was completed in good time. Recall item still has no part in stock and is still outstanding. Paying the bill had two more surprises: multiple signatures on multiple pages; 3% fee for using credit card. Next time I will bring cash or check (no fee). More
