This was the first time that I used Service at this Kia dealership. Jennifer was very nice and listen to my concern. I went in for an oil change, but I told her that the weatherstripping was missing on my dealership. Jennifer was very nice and listen to my concern. Service was awful and didn’t have great communication. The dealership service center did good work on my first oil change. The rating would have been higher if it did not take 4 1/2 hours with an appointment and then acted like it was on me that they are short oil change.
